Music Memorabilia - Emerson, Lake and Palmer - A drum carry case owned by drummer Carl Palmer; a founding member of English progressive rock supergroup band Emerson, Lake and Palmer (ELP). Blue Spalding Russell case with writing to front reading 'Carl Palmer - E.L.P - Tour America August 79', rear has been spray painted in multicolours with star stencil and faded writing.
Background: ELP never had an American tour of 1979, however after the release of Love Beach in 1978, Palmer tried to arrange a Farewell tour of '79. This tour never came to fruition due to 'internal problems' and they disbanded. The case was purchased from a former groupie during the time.
