Signed & dated by Forsyth to anotated title page, complete with signed & printed certificate of authenticity from Forsyth, denoting this the original manuscript sent to America for the American Senior Editor to comment on (published by St. Martin's Press in the United States). 448 loose A4 leaves, all with printed MS featuring line edits, comments and amendments by various editors throughout in differing pens & pencils. A scarce working manuscript of a Forsyth title, this title later adapted for screen in 2006 by Robert Markowitz starring Sam Elliott. A4 sheets.
