Rob Whelpton (b. 1952) - a small contemporary studio art pottery raku fired vase with cover in the shape of a ginger jar. The vase and cover decorated with stylised nautical forms and shaped with fish in blue, yellow, red & black colourways. The cylindrical screw in cover over a spherical body. Stamps to underside.
Measures approx. 11cm tall x 9cm in diameter.
