DIANA, PRINCESS OF WALES - HANDWRITTEN LETTER TO JOHN MUNRO
Diana, Princess Of Wales (1961-1997) - handwritten letter in black ink. 'Dear Mr Munro, Enclosed is a small momento (sic) of our wedding & I do hope that you like it. It comes with all my gratitude to everything you did for me at Colherne Court, which I'll never forget. Much love, Diana.' Dated October 21st 1981 on headed stationery. Total size: 21cm x 15cm.
Provenance: previously sold at Bonhams & Brooks 13th September 2001. From the collection of John Munro, an interior decorator and close friend of Diana. They first met in 1979 when he decorated the Edwardian flat she and three close friends shared in London’s Earls Court.
