BRASS 19TH CENTURY TOBACCO STOPPER WITH TIBETAN BRASS RITUAL BELL

19th century brass Tobacco stopper / tamper with Tibetan brass ritual bell. Tobacco stopper features The Duke of Wellington raised on a brass square plinth style base. Tibetan bell with engravings to the exterior and figure to handle atop. Largest piece measuring approx. 18cm tall.
